I am a Domestic Violence Survivor, and I have chosen not to ask why but rather put my experiences, my education and my drive for change to work. For me it is the best way to heal, helping others not stay in an unsafe life. I have a robust education: Bachelor's in business from Warner Pacific University, master's degree from Vermont Law School and a certification in Change Management from Cornell University. I obtained all of my education in the throes of living daily in a narcissistic abusive out of control life.
Mother of three beautiful grown children, live on a farm in rural Oregon, have a grown-up tree house, I love to sing, love people, love God and am working every day to heal.

I believe healing begins the moment you find the courage to face your fears

believe in community and share your story.
I also believe that healing thrives in an environment of lifting others and helping to provide a safe space for all to openly share their experiences and pain without judgement.
For some of us, breaking the silence is the Key to healing. The silence of words and other expressions was not only blocking me from healing it was taking the very breath of life out of my lungs.
My dream is to elevate emotional healing of life's toughest experiences by providing a place for us all to share in whatever way is comfortable for each of us.
Sharing what has helped with healing in the hopes that we as a collective human body can move the needle for others.
Moving the needle is the Goal!
Changing Societal Norms and Providing a Collaborative Space to Do So is Pivotal.
This is a call to action in whatever positive form you can share to change the dark side of our societal norms.
My story is painful and complicated. Some of these experiences are so traumatizing; no one person would ever be expected to recover from them, let alone thrive.
